How does it work?

Who is suitable?

Aftercare

• Avoid pressing or blowing the nose forcefully for 24 hours
• Do not apply pressure to the nose area for 24 hours
• Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours

Frequently asked questions

Will this change the overall shape of my nose?

No. This treatment addresses nasal flaring only, not the size or shape of the nose. If you are interested in reshaping the nose without surgery, a non-surgical rhinoplasty using dermal filler is a separate treatment. We can discuss both at your consultation.

Is this the same as a non-surgical rhinoplasty?

No. A non-surgical rhinoplasty uses dermal filler to reshape the nose, addressing the bridge, tip and profile. Nasal flaring botox targets only the nostril muscles to reduce flaring. They are different treatments that can be performed separately or together depending on your concerns.

Is it painful?

The injections around the nose are brief. Most clients find them very tolerable. Numbing cream can be applied on request.

How many units are needed?

A relatively small amount is used for this area. This will be confirmed at your consultation and will determine the cost of treatment.

How long do results last?

Approximately three to four months, consistent with other botulinum toxin treatments in this area of the face.
